SPAINMEDIA ANNOUNCES THE SPANISH EDITION OF T: THE NEW YORK TIMES STYLE MAGAZINE
November 14, 2016 To celebrate the occasion of its ten years in the market, Spainmedia today announced that it will publish a Spanish edition of T: The New York Times Style Magazine.
Spainmedia is a publishing house for print and digital lifestyle publications within Spain. It was founded by journalist and entrepreneur Andres Rodriguez in March 2007. Since then, Spainmedia has edited Esquire, Forbes, Harper’s Bazaar, Robb Report, L’Officiel and Tapas (National Gastronomy Award 2014). Spainmedia also produces RADIO Spainmedia, the first online podcast network in Spain.
T Spain will combine original, regional content with translated coverage, photographs and commentary from the flagship edition of T Magazine. It will be published monthly, with over 200 pages of Spanish-language content and advertising space. T Spain will be distributed through a combination of controlled circulation and newsstand sales throughout Spain, starting March 1, 2017.
“Our agreement with The New York Times is the best way to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Spainmedia,” said Andres Rodriguez, President and Editorial Director of Publications for Spainmedia. “We are excited for readers to be able to visit the newsstands and find intelligent, high-quality content from New York and Spain all in one magazine.”
T Magazine, published 13 times a year by The New York Times, is dedicated to the cultural coverage of style. In addition to the United States, T is also published in China, Japan and Qatar.
